  • Wholemeal 400, 800g.made with a ripened dough to yield a loaf of substance and flavour.
  • Sunflower 400g. wholemeal bread with sunflower seeds in the crumb and baked into the crust.
  •  Rye (Rossisky) 400g, 800g. Russian inspired rye bread based on a sour dough from Kostroma on the Volga river. (made without wheat - no added baker's yeast).
  • Rye with raisins (raisin Borodinski) 400g. Moist fruit loaf- the perfect combination of rye ans succulent raisins. (made without wheat - no added baker's yeast).
  • country (campagne) 400g.-800g. French country bread made with a natural leaven (no added baker's yeast).
  • Pane tosacano 400g. naturally leavened, unsalted bread made in the Tuscan tradition. (no added salt- no added baker's yeast).
  • Hadrian 400g. Hand worked, naturally leavened spelt bread with raisin pulp, inspired by the Romans. (no added baker's yeast).
  • Gluten free 400g. (pre-order only). Made with maze flour, chestnut flour and linseeds. (made without wheat).Mixed Seed 400Gg.  A cluster of different types of seeds in the crumb and on the crust, a powerhouse of nutrients.(no added baker's yeast).
  • Spelt 400g. A hearty, wholemeal spelt bread with an irresistible full-flavoured  nuttiness.

Carrot Cake  350g. Moist and succulent cake with the natural sweetness of carrot, coconut and raisins. (made without wheat).

Lemon Cake  250g. Light  sponge cake with the delicate flavour of real lemons. (made without wheat).

Oatcakes 250g.  Irresistible. The classic accompaniment to cheese, made without sugar and with reduced sodium. (made without wheat).
